3: Recruitment and Selection:
- HR Planning Every End of the month needs submit Next month HR Planning, keeping in touch and view with the organization which need and recruit the excellent staff according to department needs.
- Recruitment Process:
- Organize company LinkedIn and Facebook，Advertising the position and collecting CVs through all channel.
- Selection Process
- Resume Screening, Preliminary / telephonic interview, Preliminary test, Interview of short-listed candidate, final interview Salary setup, Reference check, Medical Checkup and provide Job offer letter to candidate
- Issuance of Orientation File, issuance of orientation plan and its execution.
- Organize and conduct inquiry related to discipline of Workers like absent without leave, late comers security breach and theft etc. and take appropriate disciplinary action.
- Issuance of Show Cause Notices to workers against misconduct etc. and takes disciplinary action including termination .
